Guy
"Through acroyoga I extend my comfort zone, experience often growth by achieving new moves and have a cheerful social activity."
Silvia
"What I love about acro is how it is a great balance between playfulness and learning new skills. Communication, trust, working as a team, but also achieving things you never thought you would be able to do."
Christine
"Acro inspires me because it is a mix of aesthetics, energy, balance, strength, focus etc and a very truthful way of communication. I appreciate the company of authentic people and there are plenty of them in the community."
Michèle
"Doing acro feels like being back on a playground. It’s so much fun to learn new moves together and to realise over and over again that our limits are far from where we thought they were."
